Business Development Specialist for Retail Partnerships

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at Link HRM B.V. as a Business Development Manager – Retail Channels. This role will focus on expanding our retail presence across the Benelux region.

Responsibilities- Market Expansion: Identify new retail opportunities, negotiate terms, and expand our presence in existing and new retail channels.
- Account Management: Develop and manage relationships with key retail partners, including large camera retailers and e-commerce platforms across the Benelux region.
- Sales Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase the presence and sales of action camera products.
- Partner Development: Work closely with retail partners to develop joint marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities, providing regular reports and recommendations to management.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest action camera products and trends, providing partners with product training and support.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth operations and delivery of products.
- Language: Native Dutch speaker, fluent in English. Other European languages are a bonus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in key account management or retail sales, preferably in the tech or camera industry.
- Network: Established network within the Benelux camera retail market is crucial.
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record in growing sales and expanding market presence through retail channels.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting partnerships.
- Tech-Savvy: Knowledge of camera products and interest in new technology is a strong asset.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel within the Benelux region and attend industry events as needed.
We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive benefits such as health insurance, pension plan, and paid vacation days.
