Partnerships Business Development Manager

As a Partnerships Business Development Manager at Rivièra Maison, you will drive the closing of partner-sourced business, leveraging your entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset to build and execute strategies that drive revenue and partner success. You will work closely with the Partner Development Manager and Regional Partnership Lead to develop and implement plans that capitalize on partner ecosystems and partnerships. This role is suitable for a proactive, results-driven individual with a strong understanding of partner ecosystems and a proven track record in sales and account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the generation of partner-sourced pipeline and the closing of partner-sourced deals
- Understand the needs and strategies of partners, develop tailored sales strategies, and successfully close business
- Collaborate with the Partner Development Manager and Regional Partnership Lead to build and execute strategies that drive revenue and partner success
What You'll Bring to the Team
- 2-4 years of experience in indirect/through partner B2B SaaS/Software sales
- Proven track record of consistent quota attainment
- Proven ability to run an organized and effective sales process, prioritizing tasks and managing the sales funnel
- Experience at a scale-up or in a fast-moving environment
- Native/Fluent level Dutch language skills
- A team player attitude and a curiosity-driven mindset
- Top-notch presentation and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships
- Competitive, with a drive to grow your market while upholding a high level of integrity
- Experience in selling a suite or multi-product offering is a plus
