Job DescriptionIn this role, you will work closely with our Programmes team to design, implement, and evaluate programs that address pressing global issues. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain effective relationships with CSO partners, ensuring successful program execution and maximizing impact.
You will also be responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities, coordinating program learning trajectories, and linking thematic and country expertise to achieve our Theory of Change. Additionally, you will guide the selection of innovative ideas, support pilot projects, evaluation, and upscaling.
Your work will involve profiling Partos and developing programs for fundraising, leading content development of new projects, and collaborating with CSO partners in co-creation processes. You will also identify and convert opportunities to enhance Partos' credibility and visibility at national and international conferences.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A relevant academic level of education.
- At least 10 years of experience in the sector, with a minimum of three years in a leading role in strategic partnerships with an NGO.
- Proven knowledge and experience with rights- and justice-based approaches.
- Strong communication skills within a multicultural context.
- Ability to represent Partos at national and international events and public speaking experience.
- Fluency in English, our common working language.
We offer a challenging position in an international working environment, along with a fun and healthy working atmosphere (e.g., 36 hours work week, weekly bootcamp, yearly team outing, weekly international coffee time with colleagues abroad, trainings). Our five core values – just, sustainable, empowering, inspiring, and connecting – form the foundation of everything we do. We provide a contract for 6 months (32-36 hours/week), with possible extension (sick leave replacement). The salary range is €3685 - 5356 gross per month on a full-time basis (36 hours/week), depending on your years of working experience.
Additional benefits include 5 weeks of vacation per year, 8% holiday allowance, commuting allowance (first kilometre), pension insurance, and disability insurance.
LocationOur office is located at Naritaweg 135, a short walk from Amsterdam Sloterdijk train station. We also work hybrid, with 2 days in the office and the rest from home.
