As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic agendas of our Global SN organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Product Portfolio Management: Support the buildup of a cross-functional Product Portfolio Management facilitation structure by understanding the complexity of our SN product portfolio.
- Product Optimization Strategy: Actively support the formation and recommendation of product portfolio optimization strategies.
- Systems Integration: Lead the integration of the next wave of connected product data platform, Connect 2.0, across our SN worldwide operations. Explore the possibility of integrating AI application plugins within the product.
- Data Integrity: Set up and track KPIs to ensure data integrity for the Connect 2.0 data system.
- Change Management: Ensure previously aligned change processes linked to Connect 2.0 are maintained by performing periodic stress tests.
- Reporting and Analytics: Enhance PowerBI-based existing reports suited to cross-functional user needs.
- Product Delisting Process: Support the worldwide implementation of product delisting process digitization.
- Education: Currently enrolled as a Masters student in Business/Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Skills: Strong data management skills, experience with Power BI and Microsoft Excel, and advanced user of Power BI.
- Personal Qualities: Confident working autonomously, proactive, and innovative, with strong analytical skills and a 'Can do' mindset.
