About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Domain Architect to join our Central Data Office (CDO) team. As a key member of our Data Engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the architecture of our data management capabilities and ensuring that they align with our overall business strategy.

Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining the architecture of our data management solutions, working closely with our IT teams and other stakeholders to ensure that our data assets are optimized for business value. You will also be responsible for managing a team of domain architects, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the architecture of our data management capabilities, ensuring they align with our business strategy
  • Develop and maintain data management solutions, working closely with IT teams and stakeholders
  • Manage a team of domain architects, providing guidance and support
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to ensure alignment with overall business strategy
  • Play a key role in the implementation of our IT strategy, based on architectural standards and FSA's
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in data governance, data management solutions, data quality solutions, and enterprise and reference data
  • Togaf and Archimate certified
  • Good understanding of Domain Driven Architecture
  • DevOps & Agile way of working
  • Solid people management skills, with experience in coaching and developing team members
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex matters to stakeholders
