About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Domain Architect to join our Central Data Office (CDO) team. As a key member of our Data Engineering team, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing data management solutions that drive business value and improve customer experience.

Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining the data management capabilities of the CDO, ensuring that they align with the bank's overall IT strategy and Enterprise Architecture. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Enterprise Architecture, Grids and Data Domains, and the P&T department, to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the data management architecture for the CDO, ensuring alignment with the bank's IT strategy and Enterprise Architecture.
  • Lead the design and implementation of data management solutions, including data governance, data quality, and enterprise data assets.
  • Collaborate with domain architects to ensure that their work aligns with the overall data management strategy and architecture.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to IT teams, ensuring that they understand and implement the data management architecture.
  • Participate in the development of the IT strategy for the bank, ensuring that data management is a key component.
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in data management, architecture, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data management solutions, data quality solutions, and enterprise data.
  • Togaf and Archimate certification.
  • Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
