At ING Netherlands, we're seeking a skilled Digital Architecture Lead to spearhead the development of our mortgage domain architecture. With a strong focus on empowering employees and customers alike, our team is dedicated to creating a seamless digital experience.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in translating business strategy into actionable architecture designs, driving strategy execution, and guiding teams towards optimal delivery paths. They will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our digital platform, influencing business strategy, and ensuring secure and reliable operations.

We're looking for someone who can define and maintain end-to-end architecture designs, apply architectural principles, and manage stakeholders up to senior management level. Strong social and communication skills, as well as fluency in English, are essential for success in this role.

As a Digital Architecture Lead, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Define and align global architecture standards
  • Manage stakeholders across multiple tribes or programs
  • Work independently, with a self-starter mindset, to perform architecture activities
  • Collaborate with others to co-create solutions, coach, and mentor other architects

A successful Digital Architecture Lead will possess basic knowledge of content and architecture across multiple domains, with a strong understanding of technologies, applications, and business processes. A competitive salary range for this position is €85,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
