Job Summary:
Michael Page is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Engineer to join their team in Amsterdam. As a key member of the E&I Manufacturer's team, you will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning, hand-over, and maintenance of switchgear technology provided to critical facilities around Amsterdam and the Benelux.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement project site activities, including installation, commissioning, testing, and handover of LV Switchgear panels across multiple projects.
- Conduct site investigations and repairs, ensuring optimal operation and safety.
- Carry out comprehensive preventive maintenance for all aspects of LV Switchgear panels.
- Manage project and maintenance preparation, including tool, test equipment, and documentation.
- Foster communication and coordination with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to adhere to project timelines and milestones.
- Oversee site-related documentation, adhering to stringent HSE protocols and client security requirements.
- Engage in an on-call rota to provide steadfast customer support and service.
Requirements:
- Academic background related to electrical engineering.
- 3 years of experience working with EMS devices such as switchgears, UPS, battery, or DC power systems.
- Background as an industrial electrician, maintenance technician, electrical technician, or related.
- VCA-VOL and NEN 3140 certifications or any equivalent is nice to possess.
- Valid full driving license.
- Proficiency in electrical panel testing, fault finding, troubleshooting, maintenance, and protection devices.
