De Vacature
Voor een overheidsorganisatie zoekt Grippr Procurement een Senior Inkoopadviseur Publieke Sector. De inzet is 32 uur per week.
Je ondersteunt de contractmanager bij het opstellen, inkopen en beheren van contracten binnen een innovatief project. Hierbij hoort ook het begeleiden van kleinere inkooptrajecten, zoals het inkopen van externe expertise voor bijvoorbeeld ingenieursdiensten. Je zorgt ervoor dat de opdrachten soepel verlopen, van de aanbesteding tot de evaluatie.
Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het contractmanagement van diverse opdrachten, waarbij het structureren en organiseren van taken essentieel is. Je werkt nauw samen met een contractmanager en ondersteunt bij de afronding van technische opdrachten binnen het project.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en beheren van contracten, waaronder het bepalen van de contractvoorwaarden en het controleren van de contractuitvoering.
Je hebt een sterke communicatieve vaardigheid en bent in staat om complexe informatie over te brengen aan verschillende doelgroepen.
Je bent in staat om prioriteiten te stellen en te werken onder druk.
Je bent in staat om te werken in een team en samen te werken met andere afdelingen.
Je bent in staat om te werken met verschillende softwaretools en systemen.
Functie-eisen
Profiel:
- Je hebt een HBO-diploma.
- Je hebt ervaring met inkoop- en contractmanagement.
- Je hebt kennis van contractvormen zoals D&C, UAV-gc, ARVODI.
- Je hebt ervaring met systeemgerichte contractbeheersing.
- Ervaring binnen een overheidsorganisatie is een pre.
- Je werkt gestructureerd en weet prioriteiten goed te stellen.
