Your Role as F&B Trainee

You will be the main point of contact for inquiries about restaurant availability, address guest complaints, and collaborate with the team for continuous improvement. You will also utilize our operating system to accurately register purchases, serve as the first contact for external guests making reservations, and support various projects assigned by the F&B Manager or Supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Utilize technology to efficiently manage reservations, orders, and customer data.
  • Support event planning and execution, including menu development and coordination with vendors.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent English skills; other languages are a plus.
  • Creative, proactive, and flexible mindset.
  • Current enrollment in a relevant hospitality or tourism education program.
  • Available to work both weekdays and weekends, 38 hours per week.
  • Commitment to at least 5 months.
