Job Title: Sr. HR Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. HR Administrator to join our dynamic HR team at Vistaprint. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line HR support to employees, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including personnel files, contracts, and benefits information.
  • Coordinate and administer HR-related projects, such as onboarding, training, and employee recognition programs.
  • Develop and implement effective HR processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR administrative role.
  • Proven experience in HR software and systems, including AFAS, Blueprint, Protime, and Confluence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
