About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Projects Specialist to join our team at Picnic. As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for driving financial process improvements and implementing new financial systems to support our growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement financial process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Develop and maintain financial systems and processes to support business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize financial process improvements
  • Develop and manage financial project plans and timelines
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
Requirements
  • 3-7 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, or financial systems implementation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including ERP systems
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business drivers and priorities
