About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project & Infrastructure Finance Associate to join our team at ABN AMRO Bank. As a key member of our deal team, you will be responsible for arranging and structuring complex Project & Infrastructure Finance lending across our three target sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate and negotiate complex Project & Infrastructure Finance lending transactions
  • Coordinate with clients, financial advisors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deals
  • Assist in research, market analysis, and commercial activities, including pitching to clients and attending lenders' meetings
  • Manage the existing portfolio of transactions, including monitoring and management of integrated risks
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Existing client-facing, execution, and risk management experience within at least one of the energy, digital, or mobility sectors
  • Ability to quickly get up to speed with the team's deal and sector focus to manage complex, highly structured financing solutions
  • Demonstrable understanding of credit and risk-related elements and processes
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer literacy and technical skills, proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
