As a pivotal member of our Facility Engineering team, you will be instrumental in supporting our production and innovation initiatives. In your role as a Senior Facility Engineering Manager, you will ensure that our infrastructure meets the evolving demands of production innovation.
Your expertise will be vital in identifying and managing enhancements throughout the Vistaprint facility in Venlo.
Your Responsibilities:
- Enhance Operations: Identify opportunities for improvement, maintain optimal facility conditions, and develop persuasive business cases to support these enhancements.
- Conduct Technical Assessments: Perform comprehensive calculations for new projects, machinery installations, or product launches, including evaluating structural capacities and utility requirements through our project management framework.
- Optimize Space Utilization: Redesign the layout of equipment and workstations to improve workflow and maximize space efficiency. Oversee construction or renovation initiatives within the facility.
- Provide Expert Guidance: Deliver insights, solutions, and recommendations for all facility-related inquiries based on your specialized knowledge.
- Collaborate with External Partners: Engage with external vendors and contractors to ensure projects are executed to the highest standards in alignment with Vistaprint's objectives.
Your Qualifications:

- An engineering background with foundational knowledge in WTB/E, or relevant experience in a utility/infrastructure role with proven project management skills.
- Fluency in English, facilitating effective communication in our diverse industrial setting.
- Ability to excel in fast-paced environments, adeptly managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in collaboration with external vendors and contractors.
- Residing within a reasonable commuting distance to Venlo and authorized to work in the Netherlands.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a (high-tech) manufacturing setting.
- Utilization of standardized methodologies for problem-solving.
- Proficiency in BIM/AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with local permits and regulatory authorities.
