As a key member of our Facility Engineering division, you will contribute significantly to our production and innovation initiatives. In your role as a senior facility engineering manager, you will be instrumental in aligning our infrastructure with the evolving needs of production innovation.

Your expertise will be vital in identifying and managing change improvements throughout our operations.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Enhance Operations: Identify opportunities for improvement, ensure optimal facility conditions, and develop persuasive business cases to advocate for these enhancements.
  • Conduct Technical Assessments: Perform detailed calculations for new projects, machinery installations, or product launches. This includes evaluating structural capacities for new installations, ensuring adequate ventilation for fine dust, and verifying sufficient utility supplies through our project management framework.
  • Optimize Space Utilization: Redesign the layout of equipment and workstations to maximize efficiency and workflow. Oversee construction or renovation initiatives within the facility, such as expanding production areas or installing new machinery.
  • Provide Expert Guidance: Deliver insights, solutions, and recommendations for all facility-related inquiries based on your specialized knowledge.
  • Collaborate with External Partners: Engage with external vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality project execution that aligns with Cimpress's objectives.
Your Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in collaboration with external vendors and contractors.
  • Proximity to our operational facilities and eligibility to work in the relevant country.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a (high-tech) manufacturing context.
  • Utilization of standardized methodologies for problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in BIM/AutoCAD.
  • Familiarity with local regulations and permitting processes.
