Quality Engineer Job Description

At Cimpress/Vista, we're seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our production processes and end products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document customer complaints and internal quality data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement projects to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce quality issues.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to define quality parameters and ensure compliance.
  • Guide new products and processes through quality control systems to ensure smooth launches.
  • Work closely with customer service to gain insights and improve customer experience.
  • Provide training on quality standards to the Quality Support Team.
  • Develop and implement controls and improvements with Operations Managers and other team members.

Requirements:

  • Degree in quality, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
  • Relevant experience in quality engineering and knowledge of Lean principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to influence others and translate views into actions.
  • Good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written.
