EU Productivity Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled EU Productivity Finance Manager to join our team at Danone. As a key member of our operations finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial direction, insights, and recommendations to improve overall operations performance, efficiency, and costs through the Horizon productivity program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial planning, reporting, analysis, and consolidation for the EU region
- Lead and coordinate financial Rolling forecast process and AOP productivity target setting
- Ensure accurate pipeline reporting for all productivity projects using IPRO view tool
- Provide financial expertise to finance controllers and project managers on productivity reporting
- Identify financial risks and opportunities and drive necessary action plans
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant finance experience in a complex, multinational context
- Academic degree and working level with a track record of performance
- Excellent analytical skills, rigorous, accurate, and strong interpersonal and communication skills
