About the Role

We are seeking a talented Bartender to join our dynamic team at WE ARE EDN, a new all-day dining experience located within our hotel. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting unique and delicious cocktails that showcase your creativity and passion for mixology.

Responsibilities

  • Master the Art of Mixology: Develop and execute innovative cocktail menus that exceed guest expectations.
  • Lead by Example: Collaborate with your team to create a welcoming atmosphere that makes every guest feel special.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide attentive and personalized service to ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience.
  • Stay Ahead of the Game: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain our reputation for excellence.
  • Be a Team Player: Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture that fosters growth and learning.

Requirements

  • Previous Experience: A minimum of 1 year of bartending experience in a high-volume establishment.
  • SERVICE STAR: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Positive Vibes: Friendly and approachable demeanor that sets the tone for a memorable guest experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and engage with guests.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet business demands.
