WE ARE EDN is a new all-day dining experience with a real heart and a big conscience. Opened October 2024 at DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Centraal Station, WE ARE EDN is our own small slice of paradise, where guests of all ages can enjoy honest, feel-good food and drink in a joyful, nurturing and relaxing environment that honours nature’s bounty. Our wholesome, planet-conscious menu will combine comforting and familiar global dishes with lip-smacking local specials, all crafted from the freshest seasonal ingredients and rooted in sustainability.

As a WE ARE EDN Pizzaiolo, you’ll jump into the heart of the action, creating our mouthwatering pizzas for our guests to enjoy. Here’s what you’ll be up to:
