Job Description:We're seeking an experienced Design and Creative Strategy Lead to join our team in Amsterdam. As a key member of our creative core, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing our brand strategy, leading cross-functional projects, and managing a team of creatives.
Your primary focus will be on creating compelling brand experiences that drive customer acquisition and retention. You'll work closely with our Brand and Product Design teams to ensure consistency across digital and physical touchpoints.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement our global brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all channels and markets.
- Lead cross-functional projects from concept development to execution, working closely with the Brand and Product Design teams.
- Manage a team of creatives, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth and development.
- Collaborate with our Digital Product and Marketing teams to integrate creative strategies into overall business objectives.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in-house or at a creative agency.
- Degree in design-related field with strong commercial experience.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects, including ideation, execution, and delivery.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and their application in digital product development.
- A competitive salary of €85,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
