Job Title: Creative Design Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Design Lead to join our team at Bloom & Wild. As a key member of our Brand & Creative team, you will be responsible for leading the creative direction of our brand, developing and implementing visual identity strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring our brand vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the creative team and develop a strong visual identity for the brand
* Collaborate with the Brand team to develop and implement brand strategies
* Work closely with the Digital Product and Marketing teams to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience and their needs
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role
* Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to lead creative teams and develop visual identity strategies
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
* Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing
