About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Design Lead to join our Brand & Creative team at Bloom & Wild. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the creative direction of our brand, developing and implementing our visual identity, and overseeing the work of our design team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creative team and processes, ensuring high-quality creative output across all channels.
  • Develop and maintain our brand's visual identity, including art direction, design, and tone of voice.
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and freelance partners to deliver outstanding creative work.
  • Collaborate with the Brand team and stakeholders to develop and execute end-to-end campaigns and product storytelling.
  • Ensure consistency across all touchpoints, including digital and print media.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new technologies and techniques into our work.
  • Lead creative brainstorming sessions and research to develop innovative design concepts and solutions.
  • Set and achieve OKRs for the creative team, ensuring smooth delivery of projects.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a creative agency or in-house team, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Design-related degree and considerable commercial experience.
  • Team management and creative coaching experience.
  • Experience owning and project managing complex cross-functional projects.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX and visual design principles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and After Effects.
