About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Design Lead to join our Brand & Creative team at Bloom & Wild. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the creative direction of our brand, developing and implementing our visual identity, and ensuring that our creative output is of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creative team and processes, ensuring that our creative output is aligned with our brand strategy and vision.
  • Develop and implement our visual identity, including our brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Manage and develop a team of designers, copywriters, and freelance creative partners, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with the Brand team and other stakeholders to develop and execute cross-functional projects, from concept to delivery.
  • Ensure that our creative output is consistent across all channels and touchpoints, including digital and print.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new technologies and techniques into our creative work.
  • Lead creative brainstorming sessions and research to develop elevated design concepts and solutions.
  • Develop and implement OKRs for the creative team, ensuring smooth delivery of these each quarter.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Creative Design Lead who is passionate about creating innovative and effective brand experiences. You will have a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your ability to lead creative teams and develop compelling brand identities.

You will be a natural leader, able to inspire and motivate your team to produce their best work. You will be a collaborative team player, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.

You will have a strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition. You will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and After Effects.
