Working closely with designers across Amsterdam, London, and Wrocław, you will leverage your expertise to develop innovative designs that resonate with our customers and partners.
Collaboration is essential in this position. You will work with fellow creatives and brand experts to conceptualize and execute digital designs, bringing your insights and enthusiasm to the table.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the design process, ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery.
- Contribute to global and local campaigns, driving creative excellence and consistency.
- Mentor and develop junior designers, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
- Pitch concepts and develop ideas for advertising and promotional campaigns, aligning with our brand's strategic objectives.
- Oversee the maintenance of our visual identity across all internal and external marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the Brand team to build concepts and ensure a digital-first approach for campaigns, driving engagement and conversion.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in design roles, with expertise in Motion design, Graphic design, Web design, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with proficiency in After Effects and Figma.
- An exceptional eye for detail, with a passion for typography and layouts.
- UI and UX skills, with experience in landing pages and app design (desirable).
- A well-organized and strategic approach to your work, with excellent communication skills and an enthusiastic attitude towards collaboration.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
