Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Sales team and other departments to drive business growth and expansion in the EMEA region.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, check, and process customer orders to SAP, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Follow up with customers or internal departments on missing or incorrect data, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
  • Monitor customer order backlog and proactively initiate expedites to meet customer-requested delivery dates.
  • Manage customer forecast, analyze forecast demand against actual orders, and coordinate relevant actions with supply chain, sales, and customer.
  • Create shipment in SAP and release to warehouse, coordinating with warehouse for shipment issue and preparing shipping documents.
  • Coordinate special shipping arrangements with warehouse/transportation companies and the SCM team.
  • Issue invoices and perform invoice review, following up on overdue invoices and processing logistics invoices.
  • Sales Support: support customers' inquiries (availabilities, price, product information, etc.), create and maintain customer master data, maintain/update customer price data in SAP/SPS, and build and maintain a good relationship with customers.
  • Respond to inbound/outbound call inquiries in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
  • Initiate outbound calls to respond to inquiries and follow up with previous contacts.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Order Processor and Customer Sales Support, with experience in similar industrial market segments considered a plus.
  • Working experience within an international organization.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
  • Business operation awareness and sensitivity, with the ability to make quick judgments to suit differing customers' requests and an international mindset.
  • A strong team player who can manage different stakeholders independently with high self-quality work.
  • SAP transactions and Office Software knowledge (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) are mandatory.
  • Customer-oriented attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work accurately and timely.
  • Good communication and organizing skills.
