Join Philips as a Digital Communications Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Digital Communications Intern. As a key member of our Global Change Management & Communications team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing internal communication strategies to support our global Services Center of Excellence organization.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute internal communication plans to engage employees and promote our company's vision and values.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and implement effective communication strategies for the roll-out of our Global Strategy.
  • Design and create engaging content for various digital channels, including social media, email, and intranet.
  • Work closely with the Global Change Management & Communications Leader to ensure seamless communication across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Currently studying towards a Bachelor or Master's degree in Communication, Change Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proficient in social media platforms and digital communication tools, such as Teams, SharePoint, and Yammer.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and styles.
  • Highly organized and able to work independently, with a strong attention to detail.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive monthly allowance of €500-€700 gross, depending on educational level and relocation requirements.
  • Housing compensation, in case of relocation to the Netherlands, up to €300 net per month.
  • Travel compensation, up to €192 net per month, if not eligible for a free public transport card.
  • Paid holidays per internship term.
  • The opportunity to buy Philips equipment at our Philips shop.

Please note that part of our selection procedure is a HireVue online assessment. We are not able to share the outcome of this assessment, but will use it as extra selection criteria.

In order to be considered, you must be registered as a student during the entire internship period. Formal documentation will be requested. Students from outside the EU enrolled at a Dutch university need to fill in a NUFFIC agreement, signed by the student and the university.
