We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Consumer Behavior Capability Development Intern to join our INZ CTI/CX R&D team in Nijmegen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing specific ethnographic methodologies to deliver consumer-centric innovation within the international zone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement ethnographic research methodologies to deliver consumer-centric innovation
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of consumer behavior and preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into product development
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including consumers, suppliers, and partners
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Food Science, Consumer Behavior, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
