We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Consumer Behavior Capability Development Intern to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company. As a key member of our INZ CTI/CX R&D team, you will play a crucial role in developing our consumer capabilities and delivering consumer-centric innovation within the international zone.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, develop, and implement specific ethnographic methodologies for one of our key sauce projects, focusing on delivering more sustainable and/or healthy solutions to our consumers.
- Develop new CX research best-practice for Kraft Heinz based on your experience and/or deliver fundamental learnings on how to successfully translate consumer benefits into pack and product features that can be leveraged across more products/categories.
- Master's degree in Food Science with classes on consumer behavior research or Master's in Product Design with classes on design interaction.
- Affinity with quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
- Fluent communication skills in English, both written and verbal (Dutch is not a requirement except for CTI, but other languages are a plus).
- Previous projects in consumer research are preferred, and previous internship in CX area is a plus.
- You are an independent team worker with a scientific mindset.
