About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Experience Platform Lead to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company. As a key member of our International Growth R&D structure, you will be responsible for providing thought leadership to drive consumer centricity within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise to support assigned category and participate in the development of overall project objectives.
  • Develop and lead well-rounded, comprehensive research plans across the product and pack consumer experience using all available Sensory & CX tools.
  • Support the R&D category teams, ensuring that research results are turned into insights and meaningful actions.
  • Act as a coach and mentor for Sensory support staff and junior team members.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Food Science, Physical Science, Social Science or Market Research preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sensory and Consumer Experience, from within consumer / FMCG / retail industries on the client side.
  • Strong generalized knowledge and experience of Sensory and Consumer testing methodologies including descriptive analysis, discrimination testing, consumer research, questionnaire design, data analysis and interpretation.
