Employee Relations Officer

GP-Connect is a rapidly growing recruitment agency scale-up, headquartered in the heart of Breda. We are recruiting and providing experienced staff and candidates for our clients across the Netherlands, France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, and Luxembourg.

We are seeking a passionate Employee Relations Officer to help us grow our brand. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our external employees working in hotels, restaurants, and holiday parks. If you are a creative problem-solver who thrives when presented with a challenge, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the relationship between our external employees and the company, including conflict resolution and employee grievances.

• Act as the primary point of contact for our external employees, addressing their enquiries and concerns.

• Provide assistance and support to external employees, including in their onboarding and offboarding.

• Provide policy and procedure guidelines to our external employees.

• Help with organisational development and support management in solving organisational, people- and change-related issues.

• Maintain a talent pipeline by developing strong relationships with our external employees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject.

• At least 1 year of experience (preferably worked directly with people).

• Knowledge of Dutch Labour Law is a plus.

• Enjoy working with people on a daily basis.

• Ability to manage several projects/priorities at the same time in a fast-paced environment.

• Creative and resourceful problem-solver, who is able to think out of the box.

• Patient, active listener, with a hands-on mindset.

• Able to read the needs of the staff and the different situations.

• Strong organisational skills, attention to details, and able to multitask.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Fluency in another EU language preferred.
