The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Process Architect to spearhead the technological evolution of our shipbuilding processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing innovation strategies to leverage emerging technologies in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Digital Engineering, and Industry 4.0.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a comprehensive innovation strategy to drive the adoption of emerging technologies.
- Drive the implementation of the innovation strategy by creating roadmaps with clear goals and timelines.
- Manage budgets, resources, and adherence to timelines for each project.
- Provide technical expertise and insights to the process development team.
- Develop integration plans for seamless incorporation of innovative technologies into existing systems and practices.
- Champion the adoption of new technologies in the design process and practices.
- Lead and oversee research and development projects to validate innovative solutions.
- Foster a culture of innovation through workshops, brainstorms, and knowledge-sharing events.
- 10+ years of experience leading and/or contributing to research, development, and innovation projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant specialization.
- Good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Excellent references and a pre-employment security screening.
- Permanent EU citizenship and passport.
