Job Summary

Blue Wireless is a cutting-edge Network Service Provider offering innovative wireless solutions to global enterprises. We are seeking a skilled Network Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing reliable and flexible connectivity solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Provisioning: Prepare, configure, and test routers before deployment to customers. Collaborate with field engineers to bring services live and support router installations on customer locations.
- Incident Resolution: Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, provide technical expertise, and manage incident resolution with diligence and professionalism according to our SLA from beginning to end.
- Pre-Sales Support: Advise the sales team on LTE coverage, create handover forms in Zoho, and document solutions to share knowledge with the team.

Requirements

- Strong understanding of IP networking fundamentals and routing protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills on basic network issues.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, verbally, and in writing.
- Proactive, adaptable, and a team player with a willingness to learn and take ownership of customer issues from start to finish.
- 2 years of experience in a professional environment with similar job responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree.
