Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Country Warehousing Manager to join our team at ASML. This role will be responsible for managing the 3PLs that operate the service warehouses in assigned countries, driving budget and cost-saving initiatives, and ensuring warehouses are operated flawlessly by the 3PLs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage the budget for the warehouses in assigned countries
  • Manage the 3PLs on performance through periodical business reviews (weekly/monthly)
  • Ensure warehouses stay fit for purpose at all times by driving infrastructural changes
  • Manage the assigned budget for infrastructure projects
  • Manage logistics suppliers to deliver the requested infrastructure on time
  • Build relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Define, drive, and deliver optimization projects in the Warehousing domain
  • Support WMS implementations in warehouses
  • Act as a subject matter expert in your field

Requirements:

  • MSc. or Bachelor in Supply Chain Management
  • 5+ years of experience in a Supply Chain or Logistics position in the High-Tech industry
  • Experience with Project Management
  • Experience with Service Logistics and/or managing 3PLs
  • Experience with WMS implementations
  • Experience with SAP
  • Process standardization
  • LEAN

Skills:

  • Self-starter and finisher
  • Able to build rapport and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders

Context of the Position:

A flawless distribution network is key for a smooth supply chain.
