Neste is a global leader in renewable and circular solutions, and we're seeking a highly skilled Reliability and Process Integrity Specialist to join our team.

As a key member of our global Reliability & Process Integrity team, you will play a critical role in creating a safe and sustainable reliability and process safety culture. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a multi-year reliability strategy, driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve our strategic business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and promote a strong reliability and process safety culture at site.
  • Develop and implement fit-for-purpose work processes that guide the organization to apply key reliability principles when designing, operating, and maintaining equipment.
  • Drive continuous improvement of asset availability and minimize equipment life cycle cost.
  • Foster a learning environment at site and promote strong cross-site collaboration with other RPP sites.
  • Promote the use of reliability fundamental principles, tools, and methodologies.
  • Act as a facilitator for RCA, FMEA, RCM, Benefit-to-Cost analysis, LCCA, and other reliability methodologies.
  • Collaborate with process safety engineers and operations engineers in risk assessments and conduct vulnerability studies as needed.
  • Facilitate the development of Equipment Strategies and coordinate the start of site ES programs.
  • Develop and implement a spare parts philosophy in line with business objectives and Equipment Strategies.
  • Support operations integrity programs and develop operating envelopes for the site.
  • Ensure a well-defined and documented process is in place and being consistently used at the site for reliability processes.
  • Start development of an annual maintenance plan and support risk-based justification of Turnaround work-scope.
  • Ensure a healthy set of reliability KPIs exists at different levels and functions in the organization.
  • Coordinate the site equipment bad actor program and support equipment/maintenance engineers for effective equipment health processes.
  • Subject matter expert for reliability incident investigations.
  • Act as an interface with projects to ensure project reliability deliverables are met and support development of preventive maintenance strategies for new assets.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in engineering.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the Oil & Gas or Chemical industry with 5+ years in operational roles.
  • Applied knowledge of reliability fundamental principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience in Risk Management applied to process integrity and asset management.
