Transforming Enablon's Enablement Experience

We're seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our Documentation team at eVision Industry Software B.V. and help us shape the future of our product documentation.

About the Role

As a Technical Writer, you'll work closely with Product Owners and SMEs to research, write, design, coordinate, and deliver high-quality product documentation for Enablon products. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers have a seamless and intuitive experience with our software solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate, user-friendly, and engaging product documentation, including online content, admin guides, user guides, release notes, and technical documents.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, potential gaps, and improvements in our documentation.
  • Gain a deep understanding of user needs and distill complex features into easily digestible formats.
  • Provide creative ideas for organizing and delivering content to ensure user success and increase Enablon functional adoption.
  • Monitor content performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations to increase content usage.
  • Support the documentation team and other colleagues writing client-facing documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English.
  • 2+ years of experience in a professional environment in a learning/content creation role.
  • Experience in a software documentation environment.
  • Detail-oriented with proactive organizational skills.
  • Good communication, initiative, and the ability to work well in a team-based environment.
  • Some knowledge of programming and/or mark-up languages would be an advantage.
