Equipment Life Cycle Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Life Cycle Specialist to join our team at Johnson & Johnson. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multiple equipment introduction and decommissioning projects from start to end, ensuring compliance with GMP regulations. Key responsibilities include defining project scope, budget, and timelines, as well as documenting administrator procedures and technical installation procedures. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Life Sciences, a minimum of 4 years of experience in Pharma with GMP and automation skills, and proven project management skills. Experience with computer system validation and laboratory information management systems is a plus. The successful candidate will be able to engage with personnel at all levels, build and maintain fruitful relationships, and communicate effectively in English.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead multiple equipment introduction and decommissioning projects
* Define project scope, budget, and timelines
* Document administrator procedures and technical installation procedures
* Engage with equipment vendors to understand and implement new versions of technology
* Oversee communication between internal and external parties

**Requirements:**

* Master's degree in Life Sciences
* Minimum 4 years of experience in Pharma with GMP and automation skills
* Proven project management skills
* Experience with computer system validation and laboratory information management systems
* Ability to engage with personnel at all levels
* Strong communication skills in English
