Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator for Yacht Equipment to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing timelines, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality equipment to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities, including planning, execution, and delivery of equipment to our clients.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with our clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Time Management: Manage project timelines, including setting deadlines, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of equipment.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all equipment meets our high standards of quality, safety, and functionality.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and equipment documentation.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, project management).
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and project coordination skills, strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
