About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Lead to join our Strategic Change and Portfolio Management Department. As a Business Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in a dynamic environment and driving the change or supporting the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of professionals in a dynamic environment
  • Drive the change or support the department
  • Manage a team of professionals that drive the change or support the department
  • Seek alignment with other stakeholders in Risk Management, Finance, the Business Lines, Enterprise Architects and IT
  • Have an advisory role towards various Finance and Risk Management Stakeholders on EXBO-1 level
Requirements
  • Higher professional education (HBO) or degree (WO) and at least 15 years of relevant work experience in the field of Finance and/or Risk Management, Data Management, Change Management
  • Experience in leading a team of professionals in a dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of Data Management, Change Management or Organisational Development Best Practices
  • Knowledge of the broad spectrum of regulatory (reporting) requirements that impact the Finance & Data data need
  • Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management
  • Advisory and implementation skills

  • Gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget
