Quality Assurance Specialist

Linde Gas Benelux B.V. is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to Global Linde Standards, ISO certifications, global standards, and EU-regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising, training, and auditing regional BU's on requirements
- Continuously monitoring, analyzing, and following-up on the quality performance and compliance of products and appliances
- Leading internal and external audits, leveraging experience and knowledge to ensure optimal outcomes
- Acting as the first point of contact with Notified Bodies, ensuring continuous relevance on changes of legal requirements
- Maintaining quality management and certifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A MSc. degree in Pharmaceutical science and/or Chemistry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
- At least three years of Operational experience from the pharmaceutical and/or chemical industry
- Being driven, supportive, organized, and analytical, with an ability to work across national borders
- The ability to face new challenges and contribute to the company's digital transformation project
- Effective data collection, interpretation, and use skills
