Coolblue is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead C# to join our team. As a Team Lead C# at Coolblue, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and ensuring the successful delivery of software projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor team members to improve their technical and soft skills
  • Review code and promote best practices to maintain a high level of professionalism and a pragmatic culture
  • Solve complex problems using accepted best practices and principles such as TDD/BDD, SOLID, and design patterns
  • Lead by example and guide the team to achieve their goals

Requirements

  • Over 6 years of experience as a C# developer, with bonus points for experience with PHP and/or front-end technologies such as React or JavaScript
  • Experience in giving feedback, motivating, and coaching developers to improve their technical and soft skills
  • Ability to balance architectural and business value and actively promote reducing technical debt while delivering value
  • Scrum/Agile mindset and experience working in teams with different nationalities
  • Experience with different types of data stores such as Oracle or AWS
