As a Test Manager at GXO Logistics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our logistics operations. Your primary responsibility will be to manage testing lifecycles within our projects, ensuring that our systems and processes meet the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and embed testing capabilities, including test approaches, test standards, test plans, test cycles, test cases, and test data templates.
- Embed, guide, track, and report on testing processes across various projects.
- Design, document, and develop reusable automated test approaches and solutions based on experiences and best practices.
- Develop and maintain dashboards showing testing progress and results.
- Ensure adequate knowledge transfer to relevant entities.
- Evaluate testing tools, cost estimation, and feasibility measurement for test purposes.

Requirements

- At least 4 years of experience in managing testing lifecycles in larger projects.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills. Knowledge of French and Dutch is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and powers of persuasion.
- The ability to drive high performance in the team.
