- Coordinate with our CISO office and other IT departments to ensure compliance and assess the effectiveness of our information security and privacy policies.
- Monitor compliance and assess the effectiveness of our information security and privacy policies, documenting findings in audits.
- Provide expert advice to management on compliance with information security and privacy policies, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Support management and internal and external stakeholders on information security and privacy matters, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Develop and maintain our control framework for security and privacy policies, ensuring it remains up-to-date and relevant.
- Support colleagues in their professional development, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

**Qualifications:**
- Academic working and thinking level (preferably EDP Auditor / RO / RE).
- Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of the IT domain, with a focus on information security and privacy.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- At least one of the following certifications: CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
- Solid knowledge of ISO and VIR/BIO standards.
- Fluency in English.
