We zijn op zoek naar een klantenservice medewerker die onze klanten kan helpen met vragen en storingen. Als klantenservice medewerker speel je een cruciale rol in onze successen, want jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt van onze klanten. Klanttevredenheid is de belangrijkste factor voor dit succes.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Vragen en storingen van klanten aannemen en oplossen binnen de helpdesk.
  • Configureren en inrichten klantomgeving op In overleg met klanten(groep) de gewenste overzichten, grafieken en (maatwerk)berekeningen maken.
  • Communiceren met klanten over de voortgang en aanpak van vragen en projecten.
  • Aandragen van verbeteringen en ideeën voor nieuwe functionaliteit op het platform.
Requirements
  • Je bent klant- en servicegericht, communicatief, probleemoplossend en stressbestendig.
  • Je vindt het geen enkel probleem om klanten telefonisch en via de e-mail te woord te staan;
  • Proactief en je denkt graag mee om onze processen te verbeteren;
  • Je beschikt over minimaal een mbo 3 diploma in de richting van een IT technische opleiding;
  • Engels spreken en schrijven is geen enkel probleem voor jou.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
  • Een salaris tussen de €2300,- en de €3399,- o.b.v. 40 uur, dat meegroeit met jouw ontwikkeling;
  • 25 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime dienstverband;
