At ABN AMRO, we are seeking a highly skilled Process Mining Expert to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in data analytics and process mining to drive operational excellence and optimize business processes.

Job Overview

This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for data-driven decision making. As a Process Mining Expert, you will play a key role in driving process optimization initiatives across various business units, leveraging your technical expertise in Celonis and other relevant tools.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around 85,000 - 115,000 EUR per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop strategic solutions to address these challenges.
  • You will design and implement process mining projects, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • You will provide training and guidance to stakeholders on process mining best practices and application management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business analytics, process engineering, data science, or a related field.
  • Fluent English and Dutch language skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, consultancy, and/or project management, preferably with Celonis certification.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
