Job Responsibilities

A Logistics Worker is responsible for an executive and organizing function in a warehouse or distribution center. They ensure the correct course of processes during delivery, storage, and shipping.

The Logistics Employee's tasks include:

  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Packing and possibly repacking products
  • Sorting and labeling goods
  • Preparing orders for shipment
  • Processing returned goods
  • Checking products for quality, quantity, packaging, and serial number
  • Administrative processing of processes in a computer system
  • Signaling and rectifying errors or deviations from outgoing or incoming orders
  • Performing minor maintenance and repair work on equipment
  • Inventory of warehouse stock
  • Moving goods in the warehouse using a reach truck, EPT, or forklift
  • Tidying up and keeping the warehouse clean

At this work location in Eindhoven, you will work full-time in daytime from Monday to Friday between 7:30 and 16:30.

Requirements

It is an advantage if you speak and understand English well, as most safety instructions, checklists, and social talk on the work floor are in English.
