About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Lead Data Sourcing to join our Finance & Risk Data Domain team. As a Business Lead, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Finance & Risk data sourcing.

Your focus will be on representing the interests of the bank, supervisors, and other key stakeholders within applicable processes and procedures, external legislation & regulations, and internal policies in the field of Finance & Risk Data.

You will provide direct leadership to 5-10 employees (Product Owners and Business Developers) and indirect leadership to 50+ employees. In this role, you will make decisions based on strategic banking interests without losing sight of daily deliverables.

About the Team

The Finance & Risk Data Domain is part of Finance & Risk Business Grids (F&RBG) and plays an active role for all Finance and Risk departments. We employ 300+ international professionals with different backgrounds who are driven to bring Finance & Risk data management to a structurally higher level.

Our aim is to generate reliable data on time for internal decision-making and external reporting. We do this by improving Finance & Risk data itself, data systems, and data processes. We work with an Agile operating model.

About You

You are experienced in leading a team and show great leadership skills. You have an interest and experience in Data sourcing (aligning with all departments and entities of the bank related to source data for Finance and Risk use and alignment with the data needs to the rest of the bank).

You are a passionate, hard-working professional with an eye for detail. You are able to execute assignments independently as well as interact directly with stakeholders when it comes to day-to-day matters.
