We are seeking a highly skilled Business Developer to join our Finance & Risk Data Domain team. As a Business Developer, you will play a critical role in sourcing and transforming data to support our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities- Analyzing data in our systems to propose functional mappings and reporting solutions
- Investigating requirements and coordinating solutions for gap closures
- Working with different data models and linking them together for sourcing purposes
- Collaborating with stakeholders to connect data needs to data sources
You will be part of a dynamic and open team of 250+ international professionals, working in an Agile operating model. Our Finance and Risk Data Domain is part of Finance & Risk Business Grids (F&RBG), and we aim to generate reliable risk data on time.
Your Profile- 5+ years of relevant work experience in a data domain, preferably in Finance Reporting or Risk Management
- Experience with data modelling and data lineage
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze data quality and recommend improvements
- A gross monthly salary based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget
- A Benefit Budget of 11% of your salary
- Five weeks of vacation per year, with the option to purchase additional weeks
- A Personal Development Budget of €1,000 per year
- The possibility to work from home, depending on your position
