Financial Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Maersk. As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions, maintaining financial records, and providing financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data accuracy and integrity
Requirements:
  • Completed finance-related studies or relevant experience in a financial environment
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software applications
