We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Medewerker to join our Commercial team at VDL Parts. As a Sales Support Medewerker, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in achieving their goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Register and analyze tenders, both won and lost;
- Conduct market research on tender components;
- Collaborate with account managers to determine tender prices for components;
- Respond to tender-related inquiries;
- Track and record invoiced sales from won tender components;
- Monitor the progress of the tender process;
- Prepare reports for commercial meetings;
- Support all activities related to analyzing, processing, and offering tenders for spare parts.
- Hold a HBO work and thinking level, either through education or work experience;
- Have a strong analytical mindset;
- Be able to actively contribute to the further professionalization of the sales process;
- Be able to clearly report key and steering figures;
- Have good command of the Dutch and English languages, with French and/or German being an asset;
- Have knowledge and experience with MS Office, SAP, and Sales Force, which is an asset;
- Have good communication and persuasion skills.
