About the Role:
Hunkemoller is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to drive engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand's overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Content Creation and Curation: Plan, create, and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
- Community Engagement: Foster a positive and engaging community on our social media channels by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and provide insights to inform future strategy.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our creative, PR, buying, and merchandising teams to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong track record of success.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with our audience.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and analyze social media metrics to inform future strategy.
